  1. Order Processing Time

  3. Shipping Fees
    • Free Standard Shipping on all orders above Rs. 999/-
    • Standard Shipping: Rs. 99/- (for orders below Rs. 999/-)
    • Expedited Shipping: Rs. 149/- (for orders below Rs. 999/-)
    • Overnight Shipping: Rs. 199/- (for orders below Rs. 999/-)
    Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose and your order value. Please review your final shipping charges before confirming payment.
  4. Order Tracking
    After your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real-time through the courier’s website or app, ensuring you are always informed about your order’s location and estimated delivery date.
  5. International Shipping
    At present, we deliver only within India. International shipping is not available. We aim to expand to other regions in the future—stay tuned for updates!
  6. Lost or Damaged Items
    We carefully pack your orders and work with reputed couriers to minimize risks. However, once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for loss or damage passes to them. If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 1 working day of receipt so we can assist in filing a claim or finding a resolution. Please provide your order and tracking number for prompt assistance.
  7. Changes & Cancellations
    Should you need to change or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order enters processing and we may not be able to make modifications or cancellations. Prompt action ensures the best possibility to accommodate your request.
